What You Need To Know Before Ordering

Our Cakes

All our cakes are freshly baked from scratch and custom designed and decorated. In order to give every cake the attention it deserves, as well as make sure we have the proper ingredients on hand, please understand that we will not always be able to accomodate last minute orders.

You may place your order by phone, in person, or through e-mail. Our job is to make the ordering process as easy for you as possible, and therefore we recommend e-mail as the best method of contacting us, especially if there are photos to share. We require a non-refundable deposit on any order over $50.


Our Flavors

We make everything from scratch. We never freeze cake or cupcakes. Period. Some cakes are more dense than others, some are fluffier, some are sweeter. Most of our fillings are mousse or whipped cream based. They are thinner layers than a typical buttercream filling, but we believe these fillings provide a larger variety of flavors. We keep our cakes refrigerated due to the fillings we use inside, but our cakes should come to room temperature before being consumed. This can take 1-3 hours depending on the size of the cake.


Allergy Precautions

We sanitize everything we use as we go, so that we do not risk cross contamination. However, we are not a nut free/gluten free kitchen so if you have a severe allergy we do not recommend risking it. We can make gluten free, vegan, or egg free cakes, frostings and fillings. We are unable to make soy free or sugar free products at this time.

 

Our Cake Designs

Everything here is customizable and designed to your specifications. Since you want to eat cake, and not styrofoam, we try to make as much of our cakes out of edible parts, instead of wire armatures and styrofoam structures. Some designs will require this, but we do our best to keep it to a minimum. If you are looking for a custom shaped cake, we cannot help you defy gravity, but we can work with you to create something awesome.
