How Much Notice Do We Need?
During summer and fall, we tend to book up 2-3 weeks in advance. In the winter and early spring we book up 1-2 weeks in advance.
For custom tiered or shaped cakes, we need a minimum of 3-4 days notice. Orders that have 3D fondant, complext shapes, or are very large need more notice.
3D toppers and details like bows, stars on sticks, and numbers on the top of cakes need to be made in advance to allow proper time to dry. We cannot add on or take orders for these types of details last minute.
Party cakes usually require 24 hours notice.
